Sugar, Felsenthal, Grais & Hammer LLP’s litigation work has included such specialized matters as securities and futures fraud, RICO, life insurance litigation, insolvency, contracts, employment disputes, raiding cases, and customer lists/trade secrets. In conjunction with the firm's estate planning and probate team, we have also handled a wide variety of probate-related litigation, such as will contests and trust constructions.

In our securities litigation practice, we have participated in both member-to-member disputes and customer complaints. Our firm has counseled securities and futures industry members in tax controversies, and has handled substantial cases before the U.S. Tax Court.
